Here, at Sounds Positive I use Cognitive Hypnotherapy to help individuals like you transform your life and deal with issues that may be holding you back, and limiting your enjoyment of life.
Personal sessions
Personal one-to-one sessions are the key to fast, effective use of Cognitive Hypnotherapy to address a wide range of issues in your life.
We can conduct these at my Henley practice, offering a private, relaxed environment on the river in which to concentrate on what is troubling you. Alternatively, for those unable to attend, we can work together through live, online one-to-one sessions using Skype video.
Our initial one-to-one session is scheduled for two hours, giving us time to discover exactly what you want to change, and allow time to start making those changes. If necessary, we schedule further sessions which may be shorter in duration to complete your programme, and these are usually scheduled weekly, depending on your needs.
By working with you individually, we can rapidly get to the underlying cause of your particular problem, and deal with that quickly and effortlessly, using the infinite wealth of your unconscious mind.
In this way, you receive individual attention and receive a tailor-made suite of resources and tools to help you deal with those issues yourself in future.
Group sessions and workshops
Sounds Positive delivers group sessions which can be planned to cover topics including stress management, weight loss, positive thinking and stopping smoking. These are a highly effective way for an employer to invest in their team, using the training budget to help staff with issues that affect not only their personal lives, but also their performance at work.
Through Sounds Positive I also deliver a series of public workshops, designed to provide ongoing support and assistance for issues such as weight loss, where peer support can play a role in ensuring long term success.
