8.1     Fees stated on the website or agreed in person are non-refundable.

8.2.    No client will be admitted to a programme without our satisfaction that the client’s previous qualifications and/or experience will enable him/her to benefit from the proposed programme.

8.3     We reserve the right to grant or refuse admission to any candidate for any reason deemed suitable.

8.4     We reserve the right to make whatever changes may be deemed necessary, including but not limited to admission requirements, fees, policies, regulations and academic programmes prior to the start of any programme.

8.5     Fees must be paid in full before commencing a programme, unless an instalment has been agreed and deposited. This is a non-refundable amount, unless we are unable to service the programme.

8.6     In the event of a client being dismissed by us, fees will not be refunded.

9.       Cancellation and suspension of account

9.1     We may:

(a)     [suspend your account];

(b)     [cancel your account]; and/or

(c)     [edit your account details],  at any time in our sole discretion without notice or explanation.

9.2     You may cancel your account on our website using your account control panel on the website.

10.     Your content: licence

14.6   We will not be liable to you in respect of any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage.
